" Koh Samui Villa "

The two Banyan Villas are built on an exclusive site sharing a communal 15 metre swimming pool set in tropical gardens on the beach front. They offer a great alternative to traditional luxury hotel accommodation, certainly for those preferring a little privacy.

In addition to the communal facilities each Banyan Villa has its own private 10 metre pool with Jacuzzi within a walled tropical garden. The villas themselves are situated roughly 100 metres from the beach which is accessed down a private garden path. Sea views can be enjoyed from the balcony Salas. At pool level the villas are quite private, so guests can choose the privacy of their own garden or alternatively the joint facilities are at their disposal.

The two 200+ metre square properties can accommodate 6 people if used individually, or used together they can cater for larger parties of 12. There is a private access gate between the two villas.

The villas are centrally serviced three times a week by a maid. On request and at a nominal charge a daily maid service and a Thai chef are available. Car rental is also available.

A vast selection of restaurants of many culinary persuasions are close at hand in Maenam and Bohput. More locally 5 minutes walk along the beach you will find a typical Thai restaurant with tables right on the beach, the restaurant also offers international fare.
 

Both villas, completed in April 2006 are built to a high standard and offer extremely spacious Balinese style accommodation, summarised below:

Kitchen

The fully equipped European style kitchen includes a European oven with separate hot plates, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, premium crockery and cutlery.

Dining Room

The ground floor dining room is positioned next to the kitchen and is furnished with Chinese style teak wood furniture. The dining table seats 8 comfortably. The dining room looks over the pool which is reached through a set of patio doors.

Powder Room

There is a powder room off the hallway which leads from the dining room to the master bedroom.

Master Bedroom          

The Master bedroom as with all the bedrooms looks out over the pool through patio doors. It is furnished in bamboo with a king size double bed positioned on a raised plinth. Adjoining the Master Bedroom is an en suite with double sink, dressing area, shower area and an external Balinese style bathroom.

Bedrooms 1 & 2

The guest bedrooms are again finished in Bamboo with beds on raised plinths, each has its own en suite shower room. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a king size bed and Bedroom 2 with twin beds.

All bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning and colonial style ceiling fans.


First Floor

Lounge

The stairs lead from the dining hall way to a spacious lounge area on the first floor. The lounge is fitted out with a mixture of Bamboo and Chinese style teak. The lounge is also the location of the bar, fully stocked with glasses and a second fridge, to keep those beers chilled!

The lounge is equipped with a stereo system, the latest wide screen slim line television, DVD player and UBC Gold satellite channels.

The lounge area also has an additional cloakroom.

A set of patio doors leads on to the balcony.

Balcony and Sala

The balcony and Sala provide a superb location to enjoy an evening sun-downer in the evening breeze with views to the sea and over the pool.

Pool and Garden     

The pool forms the central feature of the garden, stocked with tropical plants, many with colourful foliage and flowers. The pool is approximately 1.2m deep (4 feet) and features both a Jacuzzi and bar with four stools within the pool itself. On the surrounding terrace are sun-loungers and a table and six chairs for enjoying outside dining.

Balance payment
Full balance is due at least 65 days prior to arrival

Last minute reservation
In case of reservation within 65 days of arrival, full payment may be requested at once before the arrival date

Completed in April 2006 bBanyan Villas are built on a premium development in the village of Ban Tai on the North West coast of Koh Samui. Ban Tai is a quiet location, so you are able to enjoy the more tranquil side of Koh Samui. However, for those who prefer, nightlife is not far away in the Fisherman's village of Bohput, just 10 minutes drive and in the main tourist centre of Chaeweng, just 20 minutes away.
